General responsibility for quality and hygiene management in the field of frozen products (Seafood) Control and development of all QM/QS processes in international import and export business Ensuring compliance with international food standards and legal requirements Implementation, monitoring and preparation of audits and certifications (IFS, BRC, ISO 9001, HACCP etc.) Assessment and approval of international suppliers and communication with authorities and customers

Complete studies in food technology, food technology or comparable qualification At least 5 years of professional experience in quality management in the food industry with a focus on import/export (forced required) Ideal experience in frozen products and/or seafood Funded knowledge in international certification standards (HACCP, IFS Food, BRC etc.) Very good English skills in word and writing (forced required)
