Project Manager Captive/Risk Financing (m/f/d)

To obtain the individually necessary insurance coverage at acceptable prices, the big industry (DAX group, etc.) is often a challenge. Classical insurance solutions quickly reach their limits here. For such situations we have founded our own reinsurance broker, Ecclesia Reinsurance-Broker GmbH, Ecclesia Re, who supports our customers to go new and innovative ways in risk financing. As a project manager (m/w/d) Captive/Risk Financing, you will accompany as a central figure – embedded in an experienced team – exciting consulting and foundation projects. You accompany captive foundation studies for medium-sized and large-scale industries - from research to subsequent implementation to ongoing insurance operations. In the Renewal you are communicative interface between captive managers, underwriters and risk managers (m/w/d) and create a unique, highly professional network. You observe industry trends and regulatory developments; relevant information is processed by you for customers and internal stakeholders. You ensure professional processes, process premium bills and (back) insurance damage and monitor the associated payment flows.

Completed studies in the field of BWL, finance, insurance or comparable qualifications At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in industrial insurance (desirably first captive experience), basic reinsurance skills are advantageous Excellent communicative and interpersonal skills as well as pronounced analytical skills, problem-solving skills and team skills Interest in a partial activity in neighbouring European countries (readiness to travel) and regular exchange in the international context Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing, French knowledge of advantage Good numerical understanding and mastery of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
