Analysis and understanding of end-to-end processes along the customer journey for target group and channel-specific optimization of the digital customer experience Considering market and customer requirements for the control, development and continuous optimization of the digital product range in cooperation with the responsible Product Owners Development and implementation of a digital roadmap for the managed portfolio taking into account strategic and operational objectives (further)development of target images of international e-commerce and web platforms as well as relevant features and processes in close coordination with local Ensinger companies Monitoring trends and developments in digital solutions and e-commerce offerings to identify innovative approaches and technologies Identification and assessment of opportunities for cooperation, partnerships and digital business models to expand the portfolio Cooperation with interdisciplinary teams and internal and external service providers for the successful implementation of digital initiatives Ensuring structured communication with all project participants in particular sales, international contacts and external customers

Complete study in the field of digital product management, digital transformation, digital marketing or a comparable qualification (e.g. BWL, business informatics, engineering, MBA) Multiannual relevant professional experience in the areas of e-commerce, digital solutions, digital product management or digital business models - ideally with B2B focus and industrial reference Funded understanding of B2B e-business processes, ideally in a producing company Technological understanding of web technologies, digital platforms and digital system architectures Conceptual and strategic thinking and a high process affinity Very good communication skills in German and English in word and writing Employment of at least 80 % desirable
