Management and implementation of personal business processes within the HR information system Data management, including collection, care and ensuring data integrity in relevant applications Coordination of meetings and appointments with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. works council meetings), including administrative preparation and follow-up Working with the preparation of session documents and ensuring a structured and audit-proof document presentation Documentation of meeting results and decisions Support in implementing IT projects (e.g. data migration) and managing access permissions in digital systems

Completed commercial training or similar condition Very good knowledge in MS Office, especially Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word; Experience with SharePoint is beneficial Knowledge in SAP (HR) and SuccessFactors desirable Precise and careful operation and a high level of confidentiality JOBV1_EN
