Consultant to the Management & Internal Communication (m/f/d)

You will internally become our communicative backbone in the company and work as a close trustee of the management. Your working time is min. 20h a week at min. 4 working days. Your tasks include: You are the central interface between management and internal teams and keeps all threads together in an organisational and communicative manner You actively develop our internal communication and cooperation and establish sustainable structures and processes You support the management as a trusted Sparring partner and structure operational as well as organizational issues independently You coordinate appointments, priorities and coordination of management and ensure efficient information flow You prepare meetings professionally, moderate feedback loops and ensure consistent implementation of agreed measures You bring project management methods into everyday work, tax internal projects and keeps timetables, responsibilities and results in mind You recognize optimization potentials early, think solution-oriented and proactively shape new processes with a high degree of self-initiative and design will

A degree in Business Administration, Management, Communication, Business Psychology, Communication Psychology or similar experiences At least five years of professional experience in a comparable position A structured, proactive and self-responsible way of working and the joy of building new structures and processes Embossed organizational skills, communication strength and a high degree of discretion Very good understanding and experience in project management and process design Very good German knowledge (C2 level) and good English skills
