Various heat and cold services as well as contracting and consulting are promising new business areas. You represent the building management (m/w/d) in the construction districts and you are flexible as a jumper master You plan, control, and independently develop construction measures in the field of MSHA/gas/water, in particular house connections and grid construction measures Ensure economic and timely use of internal and external resources within the network area You enter the network connection portal and advise competent customers: from the request to the commissioning You apply orders in the SAP system, care and follow them You participate in the master's willingness for the Karlsruhe area as well as for the management of operations and support the department management in special projects, optimization measures and cross-departmental tasks

You have a successfully completed master training, e.g. as a gas and water master (m/w/d) or net master (m/w/d) You ideally have evidence of expertise in the field of gas and water You bring several years of practical experience in the management of the media with gas and water, especially in the area of house connections and indoor installation You have a strong technical understanding and work independently, structured and responsible You have a class B licence and are ready for flexible use in the network area
