As part of an exclusive search mandate, we were commissioned to search for an expert (m/w/d) energy billing through the municipal works Giengen, which is part of the GEO Gesellschaft für Energieung Ostalb mbH. Our client is a 100 percent municipal energy supplier and guarantees a comprehensively reliable supply through the 145 km long gas network and 230 km long water network as a regional energy supplier.

In this varied position, you actively contribute to the optimization of billing processes and maintain important customer master files. They are a central contact for market partners and customers and have the opportunity to introduce your ideas and shape processes in a dynamic environment. As an expert (m/w/d) in the consumption accounting, you take care of the electronic data exchange with market partners and tariff customers Ensure the collection, maintenance and updating of customer master files in the system You create and process accounting processes as well as annual consumption accounting Examination and transmission of invoice data and correspondence documents to external service providers In addition, you can help with telephone and personal customer support across all product sectors
