Strengthen our support team as support staff What tasks do you expect? You work in IT-technical 1st and 2nd level customer support and support our customers by phone and remote maintenance. You analyze and solve disturbances in live operation and ensure the continuous operation of our software. You carry out system-administrative processes in our network and in the networks of our customers. In the support you are the interface between our development and our customers and inform our customers about the processing status of your enquiries. You accept customer requirements and error messages, categorize and prioritize them with the help of our ticket system. You document solutions in our online publishing tools and provide them to our customers for retrieval. You perform system installations with customers and support the procurement of IT hardware.

Knowledge of Microsoft Server operating systems. Creation of system documentation. Diagnosis and fault detection. Joy in project work. You are involved in the planning up to the realization/integration of projects on systems of information and communication technology. Peripheral knowledge (printer, barcode scanner, etc.) desired. Excellent German knowledge is absolutely necessary. English knowledge of support level is desired. Other foreign languages are welcome!
