Conception and new development of convincing solutions based on market needs

Market-friendly design in the customer's specification and retrofit solutions

Valuable leadership of the team and active cooperation with all business areas

KPI evaluations with proactive action control

Complete order processing from project planning phase to acceptance

Technical support in assembly

Support for sales and service

Presentations at customers and trade fairs

Market analysis for product development

Introduction of digital processes

Dipl.-Ing. / BC / Master / Technicians Mechanical Engineering or cf. Qualifications

Multiannual professional experience in machine tool construction

Very good knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic

Practice-proven CAD knowledge

Target-oriented and cost-conscious operation

Experience in Organization & Project Management

Embossed communication and team skills

Experience with modern service concepts in mechanical engineering

High customer and service orientation with readiness (15%)

English in Word and Scripture
