You have studied computer science or a comparable training behind you and if you have already gained a little project experience. First practical experience with AI-based software development (e.g. Claude Code, Copilot) would certainly be helpful.

We have mainly to do with Java, Javascript, Freemarker and CSS and then put the whole thing under power with the help of Spring-Boot, Wildfly, Gitlab, Docker and Kubernetes. We are increasingly relying on Claude Code for our support. Code quality and security are important to us. We use JUnit and Mockito, SonarQube and Playwright for end-to-end tests.

As CMS, we use CoreMedia, for the Formcentric forms - if you've worked with it before, this would be optimal, but if not, we can teach you that.

We feel responsible for our software in our team and are proud of the solutions we develop. We harmonize well in the team and help each other.

Continuous training, self-responsibility, self-organization in the team and also time for new ideas are supported by us, but also demanded.
