You are responsible for the organisational, administrative and economic management of the following areas: Social department store “Jedermanns” – administrative support, further development of the area Shop – coordination and development of the business area Hausnotruf – administrative support, clarification of basic questions, contracting, operational planning House and gardening – coordination of operations and services Social senior work – support and further development of existing offers Social project „LÄUFT“ – administrative support, interface coordination, documentation Fundraising – support in building and maintaining support structures Special tasks – take over project-related or strategic tasks according to the management In addition, your responsibility includes: Staff management and operational planning in the administrative environment Enhancing efficient management processes Budget responsibility and economic management of these areas Quality management and further development of internal processes Cooperation with volunteers, cooperation partners and internal departments

Completed commercial training Multiannual professional experience in administrative, organisational or managerial functions Experience in the social field or non-profit environment of advantage Representative communication and leadership skills Structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation High social competence and identification with the principles of the German Red Cross
