You wait and care for our office building and the outdoor facilities. You control order, safety and cleanliness in the indoor and outdoor areas. You perform mastery tasks such as small repairs, Mondays and the coordination with service providers. You prepare internal meetings and events. You can support clean-up and moving work and take over the closing, driving and winter service.

You have a training in technical or craftsmanship – e.g. as an electrician, installer or metal builder (m/w/d). You bring at least three years of experience in a similar position. Good craftsmanship as well as an awareness of cleanliness and order characterizes you. You have a pronounced understanding of service and an independent, structured way of working. MS Office identifiers (Word and Excel) are of advantage. You own a class B license.
