You develop precise, ready-to-use system layouts in AutoCAD for new or remodeling as well as modernization of existing customer facilities in the international project environment. You analyze existing system configurations, material flow and site-specific framework conditions and develop competitive mechanical layout concepts that optimally support technical and commercial solutions. You adapt layouts quickly and targeted – based on customer feedback, designiterations and dynamically developing requirements during the supply and sales phase. You work closely and across areas with engineering and project teams to ensure smooth integration of proposed layout adaptations into existing systems.
Complete study of mechanical engineering or completion as a technical designer or designer. Experience (min. 3–5 years) in layout engineering, mechanical design or in a similar technical position in the field of material management or logistics automation (DIN EN 619). Very good knowledge of AutoCAD are required, knowledge of inventory or solidworks would be beneficial. Strong analytical, problem-solving and communicative skills, also in English.
