Engineer / Master Craftsman / Supply Technician TGA with a focus on ventilation technology and fire protection (m/f/d)

You ensure a smooth project execution of our renovation, rebuilding and, above all, refurbishment measures with the integration of the current fire protection concepts in ventilation technology. Start-up of the technical infrastructure or building techniques of RLT systems also falls within your competence. You plan and control maintenance, modification and decommissioning work taking into account the applicable laws and guidelines. You independently create performance descriptions and lists and support professionally in bidding questions as well as offering evaluation.

You have a degree in the field of utility technology or technical building equipment (TGA) or you can demonstrate comparable knowledge with a further education as a masterin (m/w/d) or technicianin (m/w/d) and professional experience in the above-mentioned field. At best, You have practical experience with fire- and smoke-protection facilities at RLT plants and the implementation of fire-protection measures in accordance with fire protection concept. You have knowledge of the current standards and guidelines in ventilation technology or are willing to acquire them as part of the process. Ideally, you bring the expertise for hygiene activities and/or are qualified persons for checking fire safety flaps or are willing to acquire them within the framework of the incorporation. You have German knowledge at least on C1 level and convince with a very good oral and written expressability.
