You are the first telephone contact for our customers and members Versatile telephone support of our customers with a focus on professional issues Answer medical and non-medical enquiries within your jurisdiction forwarding complex and non-refinable concerns to the relevant specialist departments to ensure frictionless machining Takeover of 1st level support for our customer portal for technical and content issues Acquisition of Representation Tasks within the Department to Ensure a smooth process

You have medical knowledge and have the pleasure of telephone customer communication Knowledge in the field of GOÄ/GOZ accounting knowledge is advantageous, but no compelling requirement You work service-oriented, reliable and with pleasure in direct contact with people You bring the willingness to engage in new areas of expertise We place great emphasis on team skills, openness and independent work
