Working Student Finance - Employee Services - Greater Nuremberg Area

You support the team in the daily business around Payroll, Mobility Benefits and International Assignments. You participate in the support of the Spesen accounts and make sure that the Reminder workflow runs reliably. You create and prepare HR analyses and evaluations and process relevant documents, e.g. A1 certificates. You are actively involved in projects, such as creating training documents/videos or organizing team events. You perform administrative tasks and keep our internal information pages up to date.

You are studying in a Bachelor or Master's degree course. Ideally, you have already gained first practical experience in finance. You are safe in handling MS Office and have a basic IT affinity. Reliability, quality awareness and a structured way of working. You like to work in the team, are service-oriented and communication-strong. Your knowledge of German and English is very good in word and writing.
