Energy Transition Specialist / Grid Connection (m/f/d)

A task that challenges.

You are a specialist with your expertise:in charge of the development and technical design of principles and framework conditions of the network connection (e.g. BKZ, property boundaries, contract models) and design legally secure, practical solutions for future customer scenarios. You serve as a central contact person:in for your team and colleagues in our decentralised customer centers.

You continuously test legal, regulatory and technological developments around the network connection (reference, supply including storage) and ensure transparency in the team - for complete and timely implementation. These include, among other things, the creation and harmonisation of contracts, forms and guidelines, the requirement for integration into our IT systems, as well as the placement of innovations in workshops and training.

You are an impulse provider:in, consultant:in, partner:in and intermediary:in implementing new legal requirements or additional reporting obligations. Through short clarification times, reliable compliance with all requirements and established early warning mechanisms, you will ensure a low level of complaints.

You actively work in group-wide bodies, develop positions and suggestions e.g. for associations and drives new challenges together. So you represent the interests of the Bavarian Work and strengthen our role as a pioneer of the energy transition. You're bringing your readiness to travel across Germany.

You advise colleagues on all issues relating to the network connection and, from their practical experience and feedback, implement concrete measures for the legally secure, customer-oriented and efficient design of the network connection process.

In projects and through the continuous documentation of our expertise in the knowledge database, you combine theory and practice and lay important foundations for a stable and future-oriented development of network connection.

Your school career has brought you to successfully completed legal, economic or technical university studies (Bachelor). Very good German skills complete your profile.
