Your role with us: Our team brings operational precautions to employees and ensures that You are understood and that people are thrilled. You are directly assigned to the Head of Project Management and/or Department Management and work closely with our project managers in the daily business. Your focus is on supporting the project leaders and the area – operational, structural and processual.You are moving in a sales environment with direct customer reference and actively supporting the implementation of our campaigns. You ensure that all participants work together efficiently and that our concepts and processes work. Another focus of your role is on the standardization and further development of our working methods: you identify optimization potentials in existing processes, develop templates and guides and help us make our projects more measurable and transparent. In addition, you are actively working with our digital tools (e.g. CRM, project management tools, reporting solutions) and help to optimally use them in the everyday life of the project managers. Your tasks: Development and maintenance of uniform standards for customer concepts and project preparation, planning and implementation Creation and further development of templates, processes and guides to support project managers Ensuring a uniform, high-quality and comprehensible operation in customer-oriented project management Development, documentation and monitoring of new adjustment management (NEM) including definition of minimum standards Identification and implementation of optimization potentials in cooperation with project managers Takeover of key user role for central digital tools as well as ensuring user standards and data quality Coordination of cooperation with adjacent departments and clarification of interfaces and responsibilities Organisation, pre- and post-processing of internal dates including structured documentation

Completed commercial or business training, ideally related to project, process management or financial services Experience in the project, process or organizational environment, ideally in the field of bAV services and/or in a sales-influenced environment with customer contact Very good understanding of structured processes and cooperation at interfaces - in particular in the context of customer-related processes Embossed process and structural thinking combined with analytical strength High organisational and coordination capability and secure prioritization of tasks Communication strength and sovereign appearance in dealing with various contact persons Independent, careful and solution-oriented mode of operation and high digital affinity
