Risk management and internal control system: You are responsible for the operational implementation and continuous development of our risk management system (RMS) and participation in the Internal Control System (IKS). Analysis and Reporting: You analyze individual and interface risks and the Group's overall risk situation. To do this, you will plausibilisate risk assessments, evaluate risk developments, dependencies, formulate risk accumulations and provide risk-relevant information to address them. Study/training: You have a degree in economic, financial or real estate sciences or a comparable qualification. Ideally, you have additional qualifications in the areas of risk management, controlling, auditing or corporate governance. Alternatively, you have a completed commercial training with corresponding additional qualifications as well as relevant professional experience. Professional experience: You bring professional experience in risk management, controlling, corporate management or a comparable environment, ideally in the context of real estate management. Expertise: You have sound knowledge in risk management and are familiar with corporate governance structures and internal control systems. You also have a good understanding of business relationships and business processes. You are interested in the moderation of workshops and training, or you already have first experiences.
