Team Lead Export Distribution (w/m/x)

What if you not only control international supply chains, but also your team to ensure that medical products are safe, consistent and reliable worldwide? As Team Lead Export Distribution (m/w/x) you take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of a team of ten employees for Central and South & West Europe including Maghreb. In doing so, you combine operational excellence with a solution-oriented leadership and create the conditions for a powerful export distribution together with your team. Your core tasks include: Leadership, development and motivation of a team of 10 employees in the field of export distribution Responsibility for a smooth international export distribution taking into account external economic requirements Control and continuous optimization of processes along the international supply chain Close cooperation with customers, service providers and internal interfaces such as sales, logistics and production Management and implementation of projects, for example in the context of process optimizations, system implementations or regulatory requirements Analysis of relevant key figures and management of the operating business using KPIs and deriving appropriate measures Active resolution of operational challenges and cross-departmental cooperation to develop sustainable solutions Identification of optimization potentials and continuous development of processes and cooperation

This is ideal for you: Multiannual experience in the field of foreign trade, supply chain or logistics and a good understanding of international trade and distribution processes Experience in disciplinary or professional leadership or in the management of projects as well as the ability to take and inspire people Studies in the field of supply chain management, logistics, business studies or a comparable qualification or commercial training with relevant background Joy in questioning existing processes, identifying optimization potentials and implementing sustainable improvements Security in international structures and strong intercultural competence Structured and analytical working with the ability to quickly identify relationships and derive appropriate solutions Team orientation, sense of responsibility and a pronounced hands-on mentality with the ability to act solution-oriented even in complex requirements and time pressure Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing; other foreign languages are advantageous
