Head of Technology for a successful group of companies (m/f/d)

You assume the overall responsibility for the technical management of two production sites including maintenance, maintenance and engineering. You lead a team of around 20 employees and ensure their continuous development and efficient cooperation. You are responsible for a maintenance budget of around 1.5 million. Euro as well as additional resources in the field of engineering/investment and ensure the economic and targeted use of these resources. You develop and implement KPIs for the sustainable optimization of technical processes and structures. You accompany structural measures and modifications to machines in close coordination with internal and external partners.

You have a successfully completed technical training or study in the field of refrigeration, electrical and process engineering or have a comparable qualification. Your experience in a similar function in a medium-sized environment is far more important to us. You are used to successfully control technical teams. Finding knowledge in the fields of maintenance, maintenance and ideally also in engineering will bring you along. You convince with enforcing strength, a pragmatic and solution-oriented manner and a high sense of responsibility.
