Project Manager (m/f/d)

As a project manager (m/w/d) at Exyte, you take over the management of high-tech data center projects from planning to handover. You are responsible for budget, schedule and quality objectives, ensure compliance with strict EHS requirements and coordinate our partner and contractor network. As the main contact partner for customers and suppliers, you create transparent performance reports and keep projects on schedule by leading interdisciplinary teams and solving challenges proactively.

Learn more about your new tasks Management of planning, implementation and successful transfer of data center construction projects Responsibility for project budgets, schedules and quality standards Ensuring full compliance with all environmental, health and safety regulations (EHS) Coordination and monitoring of external planning partners, contractors and suppliers Creation and presentation of monthly performance reports on all project aspects Main contact partners for customers, suppliers and subcontractors Conduct regular project meetings on progress control and proactive problem solving Motivation and leadership of interdisciplinary teams to achieve the project objectives and adherence to deadlines

Completion in civil engineering, construction management or a related area Detectional experience in project management with a focus on data centers or other major projects Experienced development of complex industrial engineering projects, ideally in the high-tech, data center or semiconductor sector Technical knowledge of electrical engineering, mechanics and CSA components flowing English skills (in word and writing) and very good German skills Detectional successes in project management until completion Excellent communication, leadership and presentation skills
