Production Manager* PU Laminator

Active support of the area manager in controlling and further developing the production area Leadership and development of employees through role model, commitment and enthusiasm Ensuring a timely, efficient and resource-saving production process in compliance with all quality standards Consistent application of shopfloor management principles such as key number control, daily shopfloor rounds, visual management and continuous improvement processes (KVP) Identification of optimization potentials in production and production processes and implementation of sustainable measures to increase efficiency based on lean methods Responsibility for compliance and continuous development of standards in the fields of work, health and environmental protection (EHS) Ensuring and further developing quality levels through professional complaint management, well-founded causes analyses and effective quality improvement measures Close cooperation with the areas of laboratory, plant engineering and maintenance to ensure a smooth production process Analysis of relevant production indicators and derivation and implementation of sustainable measures

Successfully completed training as an industrial master, technician or comparable qualification Embossed technical understanding and well-founded experience in monitoring, controlling and optimising production processes Practical experience in shopfloor management as well as in the analysis and control of KPIs Good knowledge of working, health and environmental protection (EHS) and occupational safety Experience in quality management and implementation of continuous improvement processes (KVP) Structured and solution-oriented working with strong skills in planning, organization and prioritization High leadership competency combined with strength of enforcement, joy of decision and sense of responsibility Embossed engagement, target orientation and pragmatic hands-on mentality grounded and strengthened personality with positive radiance as well as the ability to motivate employees and to inspire them for common goals Multiannual leadership experience, ideally managed by teams with more than ten employees Safe handling of MS Office and ERP systems.
