HR Business Partner (m/f/d)

In this position, you are a strategic partner for our executives, contacts for our employees, creative head in recruiting and at the same time the reliable foundation in personnel administration. You take full end-to-end responsibility – from the first job advertisement to the monthly salary bill to the development of career paths. You make a significant contribution to creating a positive corporate culture for CA Auto Bank S.p.A. Branch Germany and CA Versicherungsservice GmbH. Holistic care: You advise and accompany executives and employees independently in all personal, strategic and labour law issues Recruiting & development: You design recruiting strategies, tax employer branding and develop tailor-made concepts for personnel and executive development as well as training Organisational development: You accompany change processes and contribute to the continuous improvement of our corporate culture. You independently tax our local employee survey within the global framework and take measures that you implement independently Compensation & Benefits: You enter modern remuneration and benefits concepts and implement the content accordingly Payroll & Administration: You are responsible for the timing of wage billing and salary billing and keep the HR administration on track without errors HR Controlling: You analyze personal flows and start regular reporting (German and English)

Funded all-round expertise: multi-year, deep professional experience as HR Generalist or HR Business Partner, ideally acquired in an international group environment or a matrix structure The HR package: You have deep practical knowledge throughout the HR spectrum, from operational payroll to labour law to recruiting and personnel development Language competence as a must-have: as we are closely connected to the international group, you will surely communicate in German and in English Personality: You work independently and safely and keep an overview even at high dynamics. You value the change between operational detail work and strategic thinking and can quickly bring you into new facts. You are skillful in negotiations, strong enforcement and have a positive basic attitude. You like to work in and with your team Your qualification: successfully completed studies (HR, BWL, Psychology or comparable studies) or a completed commercial training with well-founded, relevant further education as well as a high IT affinity so that you can easily work into and move in our various HR systems.
