The job is limited to two years, but offers a long-term perspective.

• Works council cooperation: You work closely with our works council and communicate in particular with regard to co-determination and participation rights

• Business Agreement Management: You first, negotiate and implement business agreements, taking into account new legal requirements and judicial decisions

• Compliance support: In order to ensure law-compliant personal-relevant processes and documents, you support staff management and at the same time ensure compliance with data protection regulations and other relevant legal requirements

• Process optimisation: The optimization of personal processes, in particular with regard to legal and administrative aspects, will be advanced by you

• HR Project Management: You support the implementation of HR projects, such as the implementation of employee surveys and training on personal topics

• Education: A completed study in the field of Business Administration, Law or a comparable qualification forms your basis

• Professional experience: You have collected at least two years of professional experience in a similar position and have already gained experience in working with works councils

• Knowledge: You have comprehensive knowledge of labour law and apply relevant legal requirements as well as current jurisdiction safely

• Social competency: Communication strength and negotiation skills characterize you as well as the ability to understand complex legal issues

• Language skills: With very good German and English skills you complete your profile
