You carry out complex tasks of environmental and landscape planning, e.g. in infrastructure projects (water construction, rail, network expansion to the energy transition, etc.). These include, for example, the creation or participation of landscape-career accompanying plans, species conservation specialist contributions, Natura 2000 (submissions for pre-examination, compatibility assessment and exceptional examination), technical contributions under the Water Framework Directive, climate-related contributions, landscape plans, green regulations, environmental reports, care and development plans. Within the framework of plan approval and plan determination procedures or space compatibility procedures, the team will develop documentation for the scoping process and for the environmental impact assessment. You take over the internal and external coordination of all project participants, appointments as well as the advice and support of our clients: both in terms of nature conservation and environmental issues.
You have a completed study of environmental and landscape planning as well as solid knowledge of environmental and nature protection law (e.g. UVP, intervention regulation, species protection, Natura 2000, WRRL) or a comparable qualification. You have a relevant professional experience in the processing of major projects of environmental, space and landscape planning. You are safe to use the current MS Office programs. Knowledge of the application of GIS software and MS project is desirable, but not condition. You are open to expanding your portfolio in environmental planning through internal and external training. You have German knowledge of C1 level and have a valid class B licence.
