Support of the team in operational personnel management (e.g. in the implementation of individual personnel measures) Participation in the recruitment process, in particular through the creation and dispatch of contract documents and the onboarding of new employees: Reliable and independent management of administrative tasks (e.g. preparation of certificates and certificates) Support for billing-relevant processes as an interface between the local HR team and payroll accounting Support for HR Business Partners:Inside Ad-hoc Inquiries and Projects Participation in the development of our internal processes

You are enrolled in full-time studies in the field of economics, economic psychology, etc. with a focus on human resources First practical experiences in HR and SAP-HR are advantageous You have a safe handling of popular MS Office applications Your independent, structured, proactive way of working and your team skills characterize you You have a secure oral and written communication with employees: German language skills and excellent English skills complete your profile
