As an ERP consultant, you take responsibility for the successful introduction and further development of our ERP solution with medium-sized customers. Advice and support of our customers along the entire introduction process – from analysis to go-live Collection, documentation and optimization of business processes (purchasing, selling, logistics, production, finance) System setup, customizing and user training Interface between customer, development, sales and support Support for sales presentations and technical concepts Transfer to existing customer support and long-term support
Completed studies or training in the field of (economic) informatics, business management or comparable qualifications First experience in ERP projects, e.g. as a consultant, key user or IT project staff Basic technical understanding (e.g. databases, interfaces, system logics) Analytical thinking, communication strength and structured functioning Very good German knowledge, good English – other European languages are advantageous Low travel activity: typically 2–3 dates per project (each 2–3 days) – most of the work is done hybridly from Koblenz or the Home Office
