Project Manager Energy Efficiency & Building Technology (m/f/d)

Responsible projects Individually responsible control of energy efficiency, modernization and infrastructure projects – from idea to commissioning Budget, appointment and resource planning including project controlling and risk management Central interface between customer, specialist planners, suppliers and exporting companies Designing and planning technology inventory and technical assessment of buildings and installations Development of economic, energy-efficient measures and identification of potential savings Excess dimensions of new ventilation systems and planning their positioning on the roof clarification of the structural conditions such as statics, fire protection and immission protection – together with external expert experts who you coordinate (no special knowledge required) Creation of performance directories, tenders and award preparation Ensure implementation Monitoring the construction design on site including quality, time and cost control Construction removal, elimination of defects and monitoring of commissioning Developing the future Further development of the planning & building management business area as well as internal processes and standards Building long-term customer relationships and identifying follow-up projects

Complete study in the field of energy and building technology, utility technology, civil engineering or economic engineering – or comparable qualification (e.g. technician/master with project experience) At least 5 years of experience in planning & managing technical projects (TGA, construction, energy or infrastructure) Knowledge of procurement, procurement, planning or construction monitoring Individual initiative, communication strength and entrepreneurial thinking Driving licence Class B and readiness to travel within Germany (approximately 20–30 %) A plus, but no need: Experience with ventilation systems, photovoltaics or roof projects – we work you structured
