• You support our employees in the distribution of Sparkasse Hannover through targeted coaching and practice-oriented training in optimizing sales results and ensuring target achievement • Support in consultations, coaching in sales and product topics, development of sales approaches, support in sales techniques, in particular consulting programs • Creation of training presentations • Transformation of Bestpractice solutions from other sales units • Implementation of sales training/training in practice

• Complete training to/from the merchant/wife for insurance and financial investments -Insurance • Desirably you have a qualification as a coach and/or trainer • You have good expertise and product knowledge in private insurance business • You are convinced by an independent, well-organized, result-oriented and solution-oriented manner of operation and are also experiencing special stresses • You are an empathic personality that develops the individual strengths of your teams to be coached and complements with further skills • Excellent organizational skills combined with self-initiative, motivation and critical-reflective thinking • You are very strong in communication and bring very good sales skills, a pronounced service orientation as well as yield and cost orientation with • You understand people and can help them implement new things • The media channels are forward-looking for you and you can communicate these distribution channels
