Deputy Technical Director – Thüringen-Park Erfurt (m/f/d)

As a deputy technical manager, you support the technical management of our shopping center and, together with our home technician team, ensure a smooth operation of the property. Your tasks in detail: Technical direction & team work Support in the professional management of our Haustechnikerteam Deputy Head of Haustechnik in Operational Day Business Ensuring a smooth technical operation in the Center Building technology and operation Control and monitoring of the entire building technology Analysis and elimination of technical disturbances and organisation of necessary maintenance measures Planning, commissioning and monitoring of maintenance and testing dates Technical emergency aid in operation Construction & maintenance Internal coordination and supervision of structural measures, e.g. in case of change of tenants Maintenance and repair measures at the property Detection, recording and documentation of warranty defects and insurance cases Organization & commercial support Supply and preparation of tenders for service providers and trades Auditing and processing of invoices in SAP Support in the monitoring and optimization of the additional cost budget and in the additional cost accounting Security & regulations Monitoring compliance with regulatory requirements, technical guidelines and fire protection regulations

A completed training in a technical or craft occupation, preferably in the field of electrical engineering or gas/water installation Experience in real estate care, ideally also in construction and project management “Activities”, sound technical understanding and craftsmanship expert experience in carrying out repairs and maintenance The readiness for flexible working hours (shift, weekend and readiness service) A car guide ticket
