The Schön Klinik Neustadt is located directly on the Baltic Sea beach of the Lübecker bay. As a center hospital, she ensures medical care in Ostholstein. With specializations in orthopaedics, trauma surgery, neurology and internal medicine, she treats about 50,000 patients in the acute and rehabilitation areas every year. The clinic offers 560 beds and employs more than 1,100 employees. Since 2003 she has been an academic teaching hospital of the University of Lübeck and part of the family-run Schön Klinik Group. We are now looking for active hands that support us in patient management for at least 20 hours a week. Structured recording control: You coordinate the entire intake management of our patients and ensure a smooth process. Service-oriented advice: As a central contact person, you advise patients on questions about their stay, processes and organizational concerns. Reliable coordination: In close cooperation, you will communicate with hospitals, doctors, health insurance companies and patients, for example for appointment or clarification of costs. High quality billing: You are responsible for a complete, correct and timely billing with the cost carriers to support the economic stability of the area. Empathic electoral services: Elective and aid patients take care of yourself and ensure a service-oriented and structured process.

You have completed training in office management, as a specialist in healthcare (m/w/d), medical specialist (MFA) (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification. At best you could already gain professional experience in healthcare. You have at least good German knowledge (B2) in word and writing. You convince by a friendly and service-oriented appearance. An independent way of working and organizational skills, as well as pronounced communication skills and empathy skills complete your profile.
