Junior IT Administrator and IT Specialist System Integration (m/f/d)

Windows infrastructure: You are administering, managing and developing our Microsoft Windows Server infrastructure continuously – thus ensuring a stable, secure and performant system operation. Server & Services: You enter and operate our central file, print and application servers reliably and efficiently. Active Directory: You manage and develop our Active Directory – including user, group and rights management. Microsoft Azure: You integrate and manage Microsoft Azure into our existing infrastructure and actively promote the further development of our cloud strategy. IT security: You plan and implement system curing measures and thus contribute significantly to improving our IT security. Backup & Recovery: You design, monitor and optimize our backup and recovery strategies – so that our data can be protected and restored at any time. Disruption management: You analyze and resolve malfunctions and performance problems in the Windows server environment quickly and sustainably. Project cooperation: You participate in the planning and implementation of infrastructure and cloud projects and contribute your expertise. Documentation: You document our system landscape and continuously develop it.

Experience: You bring at least 5 years of experience in the administration of Windows server environments. Active Directory: You have very good knowledge of Active Directory Administration. Server operation: You have experience in the operation of file, print and application servers. Cloud knowledge: You know yourself with Microsoft Azure and Azure AD and ideally have already used these technologies productively. Backup & Recovery: You have experience with common backup and recovery solutions. IT security: You have good knowledge in the field of IT security and system hardening. Working: You work independently, structured and solution-oriented – with a high degree of self-responsibility and reliability. Communication: You communicate clearly and professionally, are team-ready and can also convey technical topics in a comprehensive way. Language: You have good knowledge of German in word and writing.
