We are looking for a creative leadership personality with a sense of streetwear, trends and brand aesthetic that leads our design team and strategically develops. In close cooperation with buying, product management and brand, you express our design vision. You are responsible for the collection development – from trend analysis to creative storytelling to production release. You also work closely with license partners:inside and agencies.

You develop and answer the consistent design handwriting and the creative strategy of our streetwear brand collections. You guide the entire design team professionally and disciplinefully and develop talents. You work closely with Product Management, Product Development, Sales, Marketing and Brand Management – always with a clear look at brand, target group and market. You identify new fashion and streetwear trends at an early stage and translate them into our designs and innovative collections according to target groups Trend and market impulses share team-wide with relevant interfaces – to keep all participants up to date and promote a common understanding of the trend You control the design process – from idea finding to collection development to the final look & feel.

Completed studies in fashion/textile design or a related area Multiannual experience in a leading design function, ideally in the streetwear or fashion industry A trained eye for style, color, shape and material – combined with a pronounced brand and target audience understanding. Leadership Mint Set: You can inspire, guide and develop teams. Safe handling of popular design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Clo3D, Figma, Sketch) German knowledge of advantage Strong communicative, organizational and project management skills
