Professional and disciplinary leadership and development of a twelve-member team with a focus on cooperation, promotion of individual strengths and the freedom to act independently Ensuring a strong service and sales quality, identifying customer needs and developing suitable solutions in cooperation with the team Ensure reliable accessibility, clear objectives, transparent priorities, as well as need-oriented task, resource and capacity management Support and orientation of the team in demanding customer and specialist topics as well as the promotion of an open and valuable work culture Use of relevant key figures for identifying potentials, deriving improvements and service qualities as well as the continuous further development of customer satisfaction Active participation in sales tasks, cross-departmental projects and the further development of processes, digitization and continuous improvements

Completed studies or commercial training with multi-year professional and leadership experience or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in customer management, sales or service environment Joy in leading people, recognizing their strengths and accompanying them in their development A strong social and empathic competence and a good sense of human, team and customer needs Customer orientation, sales thinking and the ability to develop customer-oriented solutions together with the team Ability to set clear targets, define priorities, and manage resources in a dynamic environment Safe handling of key figures and the ability to derive measures to improve customer satisfaction, service quality and sales success
