You want to live real customer service? As a Customer Solution Architect, you strategically support our customers and pick them up where they are. You speak the customer's language, recognize opportunities early on and develop tailor-made from our portfolio

• Solutions. You are an impulse generator, coordinator and bridge builder within Computacenter and our customers.
• Take the following tasks:
• You analyze the strategic roadmap as well as the technical challenges and goals of the customer and develop suitable solutions.
• You are a trusted partner with a wide view and bring our strengths to bear where they create the greatest added value.
• You coordinate all the specialist departments involved and make sure that all hands work in hand, both internally and externally.
• You have the threads tightly gripped – from the beginning to the end of the technical solution design. You make sure everything is clear, targeted and binding.

Your profile

• 10 years of experience in strategic customer consulting, presales or solution-oriented sales support in the IT sector
• High level of customer orientation and sense for business relationships
• Strong technical background, experience and knowledge about industry-leading tools such as ServiceNow, NextThink and Genesys
• Embossed communication and presentation skills at different levels in German and English
• Convincing personality with a look for opportunities, details, people and potential
