Leadership of an interdisciplinary project team in the MGCS program Coordination and control of activities within the department Coordination of interests of Rheinmetall with other project companies Leading negotiations with external stakeholders in the national and international fields

Successfully completed university studies, e.g. in the field of mechanical engineering, vehicle engineering, economic engineering, BWL or comparable Multiannual professional experience in project management Understanding military technology and deployment Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing French knowledge desirable High communication skills and a pronounced negotiation skills Self-employment and the ability to cooperate in the larger programme context readiness for regular missions (also international)
