Conception, coordination and implementation of projects on energy efficiency, CO2 reduction and conversion to renewable and sustainable energy forms Information acquisition and knowledge transfer in regulatory aspects of sustainability Technical examination and assessment of real estate Creation of the annual budget and long-term planning and cost center control for maintenance and construction measures Control and coordination of external administrators in all technical matters Control and monitoring of construction applications and implementation of legal requirements Participation in basic accounting, cataster, service, neighboring and legal matters as well as in voting with tenants

Complete study of architecture or civil engineering or equivalent technical training Multiannual professional experience in a comparable task Practical experience in building project management Routinized handling of MS Office and industry standard software Ability to reconcile and successfully implement sustainability issues with entrepreneurial principles Analytical expertise, decision-making and an independent, structured way of working Secure appearance, enforcement ability and a good portion of team spirit
