We support young people and young adults in transition to training or employment. It is about motivating young people to find their individual way into working life. Therefore, the main pillars of the offer are a differentiated workshop and education offering many practical parts, social group work, vivid career orientation and individual application coaching.

You conduct individual coaching in our premises (perspective development, application training, self-management, reduction of brokerage, development and promotion of key competencies etc.) You advise young adults on personal problems, questions of everyday management and public concerns Together with the participants, You create meaningful application documents and support them in the acquisition of internship, work and training places. You plan and run group hours and project days You document individual case and project work and create integration plans You work closely with colleagues, cost-beneficiaries, authorities, companies and the educational network
