As Senior Data Account Manager Public & Health (m/w/d), you distribute individually tailored, consulting-intensive products from individual product components and complex solutions to the assigned named accounts in stock and associated prospects (new acquisition). You analyze the sales area very detailed and qualify customer contacts. You analyze and acquire the new customer potential, tap the existing customer potential and reduce the churn rate. You carry out comprehensive and holistic needs analyses on your own using detailed process cost and cost-effectiveness analyses. You build business relationships at ministerial level and comparable positions in the NPO environment, and you'll be back on them as well as profit customers. You will ensure a high presence, effective support and binding to Vodafone in the respective area in the long term and foresight. You're conducting sales projects.
