As an assistant to team management - Software Development (w/m/d), you are responsible for the organizational and administrative support in operational and strategic activities of our team management of the Software Development. This includes the following tasks: Responsibility for Backoffice activities such as office organization, appointment coordination and travel planning Continuous status control of tasks and projects along with leadership Support in planning, implementation and follow-up of regular meetings and team events With the help of onboarding new colleagues into the team Telephone and written correspondence (internal and external) in German and English Support in the optimization and documentation of internal team processes

Your expertise Organizational talent with great interest in IT Completed commercial vocational training or comparable professional experience Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Ideally you have worked with Confluence or Jira Very good German and English skills (B2 level) Basic IT skills would ideally be desirable in the software environment as well as basic understanding of agile methods (such as Scrum or similar)
