Real Estate Agent Service Charge Statement/Operating Cost Statement (m/w/d)

You take responsibility for the data quality and production of the heating and auxiliary cost accounting. Your main tasks are the collection and quality assurance of the relevant master data, coordination of the costs and implementation of secondary cost accounting. The creation and analysis of additional cost reporting makes you as much fun as the processing of requests in the additional cost context. You are working on the continuous development and professionalization of our accounting processes.

You have a completed commercial training, ideally complemented by a property-specific training. Ideally, you have first experiences in a comparable environment and already have contact points with ERP systems. If you don't have any SAP know-how yet, you'll be happy to learn it. Numbers lie to you, and you are sure to go with MS Office, especially Excel. You are characterized by team skills, strong communication skills and independent work. A service-oriented operation is of course for you. The exchange and cooperation with other departments will give you pleasure.
