At the Technical Operations Center, the digital centre of Schindler, you are responsible for remote monitoring and ensuring the availability of our innovative digital services. With the help of our modern remote monitoring systems, you monitor data transmission and thus the availability of digital services. In addition, monitoring the emergency call and various digital-out-of-home and sensor solutions are part of your task.

Our team can remotely access various components of the elevator system to fix errors on-site or in cooperation with the service technicians. The Technical Operations Center uses state-of-the-art remote monitoring systems and plays a leading role in the development of digital services internationally.

You expect the following tasks: Supporting our technicians in commissioning and troubleshooting digital services via remote monitoring tools Own project work on remote monitoring of digital services with the aim of increasing availability Development and implementation of new digital services Internal training and knowledge sharing as an expert for digital services

Completed commercial or technical training Insufficient professional experience in the telephone customer service, especially in the seizure of malfunction or in the first-level support Technical understanding and enthusiasm for digital solutions Team player with high customer and service orientation Very good German knowledge and good English knowledge in word and writing Ideally already knowledge of the elevator industry
