The Kolping-Mainfranken Group is a company association for education and training in Mainfranken with currently approx. 480 employees. We have various training, training and training facilities, support schools in Schweinfurt and Würzburg, youth residences in Würzburg and Schweinfurt, various projects in the field of youth social work and three conference and seminar centres. In the area of full-day and midday care, we work all over Mainfranken.

Around 100 children aged 6–12 are building their own small hut village in Zellingen – in the middle of the summer, outside in the fresh air and under the motto “Australia – Kangauru & Koala”.

We are looking for dedicated supporters (m/w/d) who want to put together an unforgettable holiday project!

Your activity

• Accompanying a fixed group of children (approximately 8–10 children) during the day in coordination with the educational leaders
• Support for hut construction (saws, hammers, ideas give)
• Leading games, creative offers or motto actions
• Lunch & lunch support Daily structure
• Contact person for children, small concerns & big adventures
• Cooperation with the overall team and participation in reflection rounds
• Participation in erosion or degradation

Your profile

• Joy in working with children
• Teamability, Responsibility & Reliability
• Willingness, with wind & Weather outside to work
• Minimum age: 16 years
• Remarkable: Experience in the implementation of or participation in holiday periods, youth groups, school care, etc.
• Bonus, but no need: First Aid Course, Advanced Leadership
