You are responsible for the economic development of our own online shop as a strategic brand and sales channel with a focus on sales, cover and sustainable profitability Shop performance continuously optimize UX/UI improvements, A/B testing and conversion rate optimization – from navigation to checkout to mobile optimization Performance Marketing Campaigns (SEA, Newsletter, CRM Automation) plan and tax in cooperation with agencies and optimierst budget efficiency, ROAS and Customer Lifetime Value You build automated customer communication (newsletter flows, CRM automation, Loyalty programs) and increase the repurchase rate and customer retention Technical processes and system integration are driving you ahead: you build interfaces between shop, ERP and PIM, automate product care and coordinate IT to ensure smooth processes A central KPI dashboard is used to analyze traffic, conversion rate, AOV, return rate, and to conduct specific optimization measures With marketing, logistics, customer service, brand management and external service providers, you coordinate all operational and strategic activities around the online store

You have a degree or education in the field of BWL, e-commerce, sales or digital business – combined with a strong understanding of online trading and economic processes Performance marketing is your thing: you have already controlled SEA campaigns, built up newsletter marketing and understand how to systematically optimize conversion rates, ROAS and CLV System integration and process setup are also your strengths. You have experience with ERP and PIM connections, you know interfaces and automate recurring processes to increase efficiency You can control the KPI control. You understand the most important e-commerce key figures and derive both operational and strategic measures Analytical, structured and solution-oriented work is of course for you. High self-responsibility, project management competence and a pragmatic hands-on mentality characterize you You communicate clearly and coordinate both internal departments and external service providers.
