Assistant Front Office & Reservations (m/f/d)

You are working as Assistant Front Office & Reservation (m/w/d). Your tasks include all tasks in the front office. You take over various organizational and administrative activities in the front office and back office area of our apartment rental.

You take care of reservations and inquiries professionally and prepare to and from our guests carefully.

As a central contact person you accompany our guests before, during and after their stay with a high level of service orientation.

You carry out the check-in and check-out and check the apartments carefully before arrival.

You build a personal contact and maintain it with empathy and commitment.

The care and care of our online portals is also within your area of responsibility.

You support your colleagues across the team and actively contribute to a smooth operation throughout the company.

After a completed training in the hotel compartment, you could already gain relevant professional experience in the hotel industry.
