They manage a project portfolio from the perspective of test management, identify synergies and optimization potentials in the portfolio and ensure optimal use of resources and competencies. From your project portfolio, you identify white spots and create business cases to close them. They lead an interdisciplinary team of test managers and are co-responsible for their further development. They accompany internal and external projects from the offer/initiation phase to the project conclusion from the perspective of the test management. They act as a coach, know-how carrier and problem solver. They design and develop further training measures for your team but also for potential candidates to develop the competence test management in a holistic manner.

Successfully completed technical studies (e.g. electrical engineering, mechatronics, computer science, mathematics) or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in the automotive industry and test management Knowledge of relevant standards and other process standards (e.g. ISTQB) in software development or software testing Experience in coordinating interdisciplinary teams and projects desirable Communicative and sovereign appearance, combined with a proactive and solution-oriented working style and a pronounced team and conflictability Enthusiasm for the development of new topics Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
