Construction and further development of the area of private donations in the Small and Medium-Spendende segment in the ASB federal association Supporting the target group with focus on automation and optimization of the Donor Journey Planning, implementation and evaluation of direct marketing measures (e.g. Mailings) as well as the design and implementation of campaigns for new donors:internal production in coordination with the interfaces Working on internal concepts, structures and processes in the field of fundraising Conception and moderation of committee and specialist events Representation of the topic Fundraising within the Association and cooperation in strategic implementation in ASB

Complete university degree with focus on fundraising, marketing, business management, communication or comparable Insufficient professional experience in fundraising or marketing & sales with knowledge of popular instruments and understanding for target group communication and campaigns Experience in direct marketing (e.g. donations and mailings) is a plus Association/NGO experience is desirable, but no need Structured and independent functioning as well as a high degree of self-initiative, empathy, openness and enforcement strength
