As a Front Office Supervisor, you will bring an outstanding level of commitment, a focus on excellent service and a real passion for creating positive guest experiences in our dynamic front office team. Your main tasks: As our front office supervisor you enjoy the lively operation of the lobby and are the first contact for our guests. You are responsible for the smooth running of check-in and check-out, as well as for reservations, guest requests, telephone calls and processing of payments You take the Supervision of the Front Office Agents by monitoring their workflows, carrying out training and ensuring that service standards are complied with You will be the superhero of our guests and ensure that all aspects of the guest journey and the guest experience are implemented at the highest level. This also includes advice on local attractions, restaurants and events You radiate patience, empathy and a welcoming personality to give our guests a pleasant feeling of welcome As an integral part of the team, you are working proactively to ensure the satisfaction of the guests and to ensure the smooth running of the Front Office department by coordinating and working closely with other departments.

That's what you bring: You bring experience at the reception as well as distinct supervisory and management skills – combined with a practice-oriented approach and a working style, where you will find a good example. Good knowledge of German and English Commitment to exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry. Ability to find creative solutions and give advice and recommendations. Personal integrity and the ability to work in an environment that requires excellence, time and energy. You are open to digital tools and quickly find yourself in new systems Embossed communication skills.
