You take the central responsibility for the complete processing of customer complaints from our webshop as well as returns and complaints at Amazon Vendor Central.

In the area of returns management for our webshop and Amazon as well as in the back office of the webshop, we need your support in the following tasks: Central responsibility for the acceptance, testing and control of returns and complaints from the webshop and Amazon sectors, including the coordination of deliveries Creation of credits in our ERP system and maintenance of the corresponding data in Amazon Vendor Central Ensuring correct document collection and a clean balance adjustment in close cooperation with financial accounting, customer service and the Amazon team Direct communication with our webshop customers Creation of evaluations with Power BI Continuous implementation, optimization and documentation of new processes caused by growth Daily support of the warehouse team during pick-and-pack processes by technical support in the ERP system Ensuring smooth running of the Webshop orders In addition, you support our product master files team with the following tasks: Co-responsibility for the new installation and maintenance of product master data in the ERP system in close cooperation with the master data team and the product management Support for overarching master data processes, documentation and reporting

You pack your suitcase and bring it with you: A completed commercial training (e.g. industrial businessman/wife, merchant/wife in wholesale and foreign trade, merchant/wife in e-commerce) or a comparable qualification Unconditionally multi-year experience in returns management, ideally in the FMCG or trading environment Very good ERP skills, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Routinized handling of MS Office, especially Excel Very good communication skills and experience in collaboration with many interfaces Very careful and structured operation Joy in making processes and structures sustainable The dot on the i: Experience in Amazon Vendor Central
